The Bedrooms
Two kings, six queens and one full-size bed comfortably sleep 17 adults when the full-size bed is used by one adult. Bedroom 6 suits three adults, or two parents with one or two children. Maximum capacity is 17 overnight guests, including children.

Assigning Rooms
The fourth floor is the most stairs in the house, and there is no elevator. Assign the top rooms to the sure-footed.
Bedroom 6 · Family Room has a queen and a full-size bed for two parents and one or two children, or three adults. It connects to Bedroom 5. This family bedroom is separate from the shared Family Room (Living Room 2).
Bedroom 1 has its own private bath. The other bedrooms share the hall baths between them, and we send you the exact room-to-bath map before you arrive so nobody is guessing on the first morning.
